Aim / Objective:
This event tends to be a F3S day of acrobatic scale type airplanes, where the pilots may enjoy themselves while competing and learning with one another.
Organization and location:
The competition is organized by LAC- Liga de Aeromodelismo do Cávado ( Cávado`s model aeronautics League), having JOÃO MATOS RC as its association. It will be in Maia`s Municipal Aerodrome. The coordinates are N41.28704 W08.51563, in Folgosa – Maia. It´s of international ambit and it is registered in the Official Calendar of Competitions of F.P.Am and of FAI.
Date of the competition and timetable:
The competition will take place on 25 of May of 2013, starting at 10 o´clock.
Classes:
F3S
Technical rules:
The programmes of obligatory maneuvers will be F3S . They follow the National Regulations of model aeronautics and, in omissive cases, by the Sports Code of FAI.
Inscriptions:
Each pilot has to pay 50 euros to inscribe.
The payment of the inscription can be made with money, handed to any element belonging to the direction board of the competition or by bank transfer. For this, you have to ask for the bank number to one of the elements mentioned
The pilots’ inscriptions will be accepted until 8 o´clock of 20th May 2013 and must be done through the filling in of the inscription sheet which accompanies this Private Regulation and can be sent to: joao_trofa@gmail.com or as an alternative to: correio.lac@gmail.com
Sports Licensess:
The presentation of the International FAI license is obligatory for F3S pilots.
Frequencies:
The frequencies endorsed to radio control model aeronautics in Portugal are amongst 35,010 Mhz till 35,200 Mhz. During the competition the 2.4Gh system can be used in 10mW PAR. Foreign competitors with other frequencies can use them but at their responsibility.
Verifications:
Verifications will be made to the models before the beginning of the competition and whenever the direction board finds it appropriate.
Sortition of the flight order:
The flight order sortition will be public and done on the LAC track on the 20th May 2013. Then it will be sent to the mail presented in the inscription sheet of each pilot.
Classification:
An individual classification will be done, calculated by the addition of the best punctuation of both obligatory rounds
Suspension or cancelling of the competition:
The competition or any of the classes may be cancelled due to the absence of competitors inscribed. The same may happen because of unpleasant weather conditions. In case of cancellation, the value of the money spent during the inscription, will be fully returned.
Complaints:
Complaints will be accepted through a 35 euros bail.

Accommodation:
The accommodation is of the participant´s responsibility.
Free training:
It´s possible to have free training one day before of the competition.
